The Lord does whatever pleases Him, in the heavens and on the earth, in the seas and all their depths. He makes clouds rise from the ends of the earth; He sends lightning with the rain, and brings out the wind from His storehouses (Psalm 135:6–7).

This is the “core” idea. I have, on several occasions, thought that the main/central theme of the Bible should be “sin,” or “covenants,” or “promises”… etc. But, as I study the Bible, I recognized that the Kingdom is the main/central theme even though the topics such as sin, covenants, promises are crucial in the biblical history. This can be noticed throughout the Bible. For example, Ps. 47:7 and Ps. 95:3 speaks of God being the King! The “King” aspect is an eternal one. God was/is King from the eternity past to eternity future.

When man sinned, that is, when sin entered the world, which once was “very good” (not perfect, but very good), the theocratic aspect of Kingdom was shattered. Will that ever be restored? Yes! When Messiah comes back, He will restore it!

How will this happen? I explained this in the episode!

Here are the list of things that I share in this episode:[/fusion_text][fusion_separator style_type=”none” top_margin=”15″ bottom_margin=”15″ sep_color=”” border_size=”” icon=”” icon_circle=”” icon_circle_color=”” width=”” alignment=”center” class=”” id=””/][/fusion_builder_column][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none”][fusion_checklist icon=”fa-check” iconcolor=”” circle=”” circlecolor=”” size=”18px” class=”custom-list-size” id=””][fusion_li_item icon=”fa-star”]God called Abraham and made a covenant with him (Gen. 12:1-3).[/fusion_li_item][fusion_li_item icon=”fa-star”]God called Moses and made a covenant with him (Ex. 2).[/fusion_li_item][fusion_li_item icon=”fa-star”]God raised David and made a covenant with him (2 Sam. 7:10-13).[/fusion_li_item][fusion_li_item icon=”fa-star”]God raised prophets.[/fusion_li_item][fusion_li_item icon=”fa-star”]Finally Christ returns as King of Kings and reigns forever as an offspring of David (Rev. 19:16 and Rev. 22:16).[/fusion_li_item][/fusion_checklist][fusion_separator style_type=”none” top_margin=”15″ bottom_margin=”15″ sep_color=”” border_size=”” icon=”” icon_circle=”” icon_circle_color=”” width=”” alignment=”center” class=”” id=””/][fusion_text]Here are some of the verses that indicates God’s rule:[/fusion_text][/fusion_builder_column][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none”][fusion_checklist icon=”fa-check” iconcolor=”” circle=”” circlecolor=”” size=”18px” class=”” id=””][fusion_li_item icon=”fa-check”]Psalm 10:16[/fusion_li_item][fusion_li_item icon=”fa-check”]Psalm 74:12[/fusion_li_item][fusion_li_item icon=”fa-check”]Jeremiah 10:10[/fusion_li_item][fusion_li_item icon=”fa-check”]Psalm 145:13[/fusion_li_item][fusion_li_item icon=”fa-check”]1 Chronicles 29:11–12[/fusion_li_item][fusion_li_item icon=””]Lamentations 5:19[/fusion_li_item][fusion_li_item icon=”fa-check”]Psalm 103:19[/fusion_li_item][/fusion_checklist][fusion_separator style_type=”shadow” top_margin=”30″ bottom_margin=”30″ sep_color=”” border_size=”” icon=”” icon_circle=”” icon_circle_color=”” width=”” alignment=”center” class=”” id=””/][fusion_text]Question: What do you think is the central idea of the Bible and why?[/fusion_text][/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container][fusion_builder_container hundred_percent=”yes” overflow=”visible”][fusion_builder_row][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none”][fusion_tagline_box backgroundcolor=”” shadow=”no” shadowopacity=”0.7″ border=”1px” bordercolor=”” highlightposition=”top” content_alignment=”left” link=”” linktarget=”_self” modal=”” button_size=”” button_shape=”” button_type=”” buttoncolor=”” button=”” title=”One Request!” description=”Please visit the links below and PLEASE RATE, COMMENT and SHARE!” margin_top=”” margin_bottom=”0″ animation_type=”0″ animation_direction=”down” animation_speed=”0.1″ class=”” id=””]iTunes
